Face Coverings in Healthcare Settings

COVID-19 is still with us, so it’s vital you follow the COVID-19 rules when visiting healthcare settings.

The Omicron variant spreads faster than previous COVID-19 variants, so it’s more important than ever that we all stick to the Covid-19 rules.

Whenever you visit a healthcare setting, including hospitals, GP Surgeries, dentists, optometrists, and pharmacies, you must:

  • Wear a face covering/mask over your nose and mouth unless you’re exempt.
  • Keep at least 1 metre (preferably 2) away from others.
  • Wash and Sanitise your hands regularly.

Do your bit – keep following the rules and help us keep our patients and staff safe.
