GP Industrial Action

We at Brundall want you to know that Your General Practice remains committed to Your care during the Industrial action while at the same time showing solidarity towards trying to save and protect Primary care services from succumbing to the increasingly unsustainable work and financial pressures imposed by the Government.

From the various options given to us as part of this action we have chosen NOT to reduce the number of appointments you are offered at Brundall on a daily basis as that will have a direct impact on your care.

We will however make some changes that will NOT adversely affect our looking after you.

These include referring you to secondary care (Hospital) without unnecessary locally imposed proformas where it is not a requirement.

Other steps will include.

Stopping to fill the gaps in services that are officially the responsibility of secondary care (Hospital) and other providers like following up any test results requested by them and following up their missed appointments.

We remain grateful to you as always for your support.
